Turbo Match Account Deletion Policy

[Special Note] Dear users, before you start Turbo Match (hereafter, “Turbo Match”) account deletion process, we would like to make the following special instructions for you: Turbo Match will cease to provide this account with  our high-quality and diversified products and services, which will inevitably bring inconvenience to your after-sales rights protection. Once your Turbo Match account is deleted after the cooling-off period, you won’t be able to reactivate it, and you won’t be able to retrieve information, including content you’ve posted. Please consider carefully before the deletion.

If you still decide to delete your Turbo Match account after careful consideration, please read carefully and fully understand this Turbo Match Account Deletion Policy (the “policy”). After accepting all its content, please proceed with the next step according to our operation guidelines for deletion. By starting a deletion procedure, you are deemed to have accepted to sign and abide by the entire content of this policy. If you need to use our services again after the completion of deletion, you are welcome to re-register. At the same time, we also want to know about your experience with our products/services, and you can contact us by email to support@yallamatch3.com, so that we can further improve and perfect our products and services.

I. Please note: account cancellation will have the following effects on you:
Once your Turbo Match account is canceled, you will not be able to log in to or use this account (including using this account as a third-party account to log in to other products), that is, you will not be able to log in/use/continue to use related products and services of Turbo Match through this account;
Once your Turbo Match account is deleted after the cooling-off period, all content, information, data, and records under the products and services of Turbo Match that you have logged in to and used with your account will be deleted or anonymized, unless we need to keep it as described in “3.How do we store and protect your personal information” of our Privacy Policy.  You are also unable to retrieve, access, obtain, continue to use and recover them, and have no right to ask us to recover them (except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations or as otherwise required by regulatory authorities), including but not limited to:
lUser information (such as profile picture,username) and linked information (such as third-party network platform account) under this account;
lYour personal information under this account (you are also no longer entitled to your user rights as set forth in the Turbo Match Privacy Policy, except as otherwise provided by applicable laws and regulations);
lAll other content, information, data and records (such as your level, coins and stars, power-ups, cloths).
1. By applying for account deletion, you accept to give up the rights and interests that have been generated but not fully consumed during the use of Turbo Match products and services as well as the expected benefits in the future. That is, once your Turbo Match account is deleted after the cooling-off period, we will clear all your rights and interests under this account, including:
lAll your account related rights, interests and privileges that have not expired;
lVirtual items under your account;
lOhter identity rights and relative interests bound to your account;
2. Once your Turbo Match account is deleted after the cooling-off period, it cannot be reactivated (even if you register a Turbo Match account again with the same third-party platform account after the deletion, the account will be a new one.  Therefore, we kindly remind you to back up the contents you deem necessary in advance before applying for deletion);
3. Once your Turbo Match account is deleted after the cooling-off period, our Turbo Match & Hand Terms of Service and any other binding agreements/documents between you and us shall be terminated accordingly (except those which have been agreed to continue to take effect between you and us or otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations);
4. Other results caused by Turbo Match account deletion.

II. Before you apply to us for the deletion of Turbo Match account or are in the process of applying for the deletion of Yalla Match account, in order to protect your account security and property rights and interests, please check and ensure that the Yalla Match account you have applied for the deletion meets the following requirements, including:
1. This account is registered by you through our official channels in accordance with the Turbo Match Terms of Service and the specifications of the relevant platform;
2. There is no outstanding or ongoing transaction in the account, including but not limited to:
lNo outstanding orders in the mall transaction;
lNo other outstanding transactions or orders/services provided but unpaid.
3. Other procedure that needs to be satisfied in order to protect your account security and property rights and interests.

III. How to delete your Turbo Match account?
1. There are two entries to delete your Turbo Match account, take any one of your choice:
(1) In-App deletion:
lLog in to your account;
lClick “Settings” in the bottom right of App and choose “Support”;
lSelect “I want to delete account” in “Account”;
(2) Official website deletion:
lOpen our official site (www.carmatch3.com);
lLog in your account, and then;
lFind and click “Delete Account”;
2. You can initiate your own account deletion via the aforementioned methods. Once the account deletion process finishes, your account will enter a cooling-off period which is calculated as a fee settlement cycle (usually 30 days) from the date of initiation. Turbo Match will automatically complete the account deletion operation if you do not revoke the deletion request. Please note that this operation is irreversible. Once the deletion is executed, your data cannot be recovered.
3. Other steps you should take should you wish to completely delete your account include disassociating your third-party network account from the Platform;
4. This policy contains the impact of account deletion on your rights and interests and other contents. Please read carefully and fully understand it and proceed with the next step of deletion after you accept all the contents of this policy.
5. To protect your account security and property rights and interests, we always keep the right to authenticate your identity (such as, verify your third-party account bound to this account, etc.) for deletion application to ensure that this account is registered by you.
IV. Can I revoke my account deletion?
1. If it's been less than 30 days since you initiated the deletion, you can revoke your account deletion. After 30 days, your account and all your information will be permanently deleted, and you won't be able to retrieve your information.
2. To revoke your account deletion:
lLog into your account in App within 30 days of deleting your account;
lClick “Activate”;
3. Please note that, once you choose to activate your Turbo Match account, you will not be able to delete the aforementioned account once again within 30 days.

For matters not covered in this policy, please refer to the Turbo Match Terms of Service, Turbo Match Privacy Policy , as well as the rules and instructions related to Turbo Match during the cancellation process. At the same time, you acknowledge and accept that: even if your Turbo Match account is cancelled, it does not mitigate or exempt you from the relevant liabilities that you (may) need to assume in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, relevant agreements and rules.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this policy, including any issues relating to the existence, validity or termination of this policy, shall be handled in accordance with Turbo Match Terms of Service.
